I DONT FEEL MY ARMS😭😭
I am most conscious about my arms cz I have big arms as compared to my body. I first did this workout and stopped even before I was halfway through the workout cz my arms were killing me already. In the past week I started doing push-ups and planks and today when I did this workout it just seemed more bearable. Continuing this everyday. God bless and God bless my arms. Thank u so much
the first few times i did this workout a couple years ago i dropped my arms after almost every exercise, but now i can do it twice in a row without dropping my arms. dont get me wrong it still burns, but i love the feeling. my arms have changed noticeably so to everyone doing this workout, have fun!

Yes you can get muscles from this, but it will depend on your height,weight,gender,age. I've done this workout for 6 days and got toned arms with muscles, but don't rush to do it
